Terms of Service

Last updated October 3, 2026

By using breakawayrush.live you agree to these terms.

Free games

Daily Fantasy, the side game, bingo, NFL Pick'em, the Chopping Block, the No-Loss tracker and the leaderboard are free to play. No purchase is necessary to play or win. Prizes are gifts, Candy Machine pulls, cards and points. There are no cash prizes and no cash alternatives.

Card breaks and purchases

A break slot is a purchase of physical trading cards. Paid breaks never pay out cash. Pull odds are published on the site. Digital copies appear in your collection right away and physical cards are mailed when you request shipping.

Fair play

One account per person. Codes are single-use and may not be sold. Lineups and picks lock at the published times. We may remove entries, points or prizes gained by cheating, multiple accounts or abusing bugs.

Prizes

Prize winners are decided by the rules shown on each game's page. Ties follow the tiebreaker listed there. Prizes are shipped to the winner and may be substituted with something of similar value if unavailable.

Your content and conduct

Be respectful in our community. We may suspend accounts that harass others or misuse the site.

Changes and availability

The site is provided as is. We may change games, prizes or these terms, and will post important changes in our Discord.
