Breakaway Rush (“BAR”, “we”) runs breakawayrush.live, a trading card and league site with free games. This page explains what we collect and why. We keep it to the minimum the site needs.
What we collect
- Sign-in: when you sign in with Discord we receive your Discord user ID, display name and avatar. When you sign in with Google we receive your Google account ID, name and profile picture. We do not receive your password or your email address.
- Your activity on the site: cards you own, codes you redeem, lineups, picks, bingo cards, break slots and points, so the games work and the leaderboard is accurate.
- Sleeper username (optional): if you link it, we read your public Sleeper league data. We never ask for your Sleeper password.
- Shipping address (only if you request cards by mail): used to mail your cards. We erase the address 30 days after your order ships.
- Payments: card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Cookies
We use one sign-in cookie to keep you logged in (it lasts up to 30 days) and a short-lived cookie during sign-in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
Only to run the site: your account, your cards, games, prizes, shipping and showing your display name on leaderboards and game boards. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use Google or Discord data for advertising.
Who can see what
Other members can see your display name, avatar, the card fronts you play in games, and your scores. Your shipping address and payment details are never shown to other members.
Your choices
You can unlink Sleeper at any time on your Account page. To have your account and data deleted, message the commissioner in the Breakaway Rush Discord and we will remove it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and post the change in our Discord.
